These terms apply to the Healthcare Revenue Group Updates text message program operated by Healthcare Revenue Group, LLC ("Healthcare Revenue Group," "we," or "us").

Program description

The Healthcare Revenue Group Updates program sends recurring marketing text messages with credentialing, or billing and revenue cycle, updates and guidance to people who opt in. You opt in by checking the text message box on one of our website forms and providing your mobile number. The box is never checked for you.

Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Healthcare Revenue Group at the mobile number you provided, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of downloading any resource or of any purchase. You confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number you provided. If you stop using that number, please reply STOP from it or contact us so that we can remove it.

Message frequency and cost

You will receive up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from this program unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us at info@hrg.us.com or 913-717-4000.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

No patient information

Do not send protected health information or patient-identifying details by text message. This program is for general updates and guidance only.
