TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.healthcarerevenuegroup.com (the "Site"), including the resources you download from it, operated by Healthcare Revenue Group, LLC ("Healthcare Revenue Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Information only, not professional advice

The Site and everything on it, including articles, benchmarks, checklists, worksheets, scorecards, and other downloadable resources (together, "Content"), are provided for general information only. Content is not legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, coding, billing, or medical advice, and it does not create a client or professional relationship between you and Healthcare Revenue Group. Payer rules, government program requirements, and industry benchmarks change often and vary by payer, state, specialty, and practice. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant payer, agency, or a qualified professional before you rely on any Content. A professional relationship with Healthcare Revenue Group exists only under a signed written agreement.

2. No guarantee of results

Figures, benchmarks, timeframes, and outcomes described on the Site, including results achieved for other clients, are examples and reference points. They are not promises or predictions of the results you or your organization will achieve. Enrollment, credentialing, and payment timeframes are controlled by payers and government agencies, not by Healthcare Revenue Group.

3. Your use of the Site and resources

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site and to download and use our resources for your own internal business purposes. You may not sell, resell, republish, or distribute our Content, remove our name or notices from it, or present it as your own. All Content, trademarks, and logos on the Site belong to Healthcare Revenue Group or its licensors and are protected by law.

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law or regulation
  • submit protected health information or any patient-identifying details through the Site, its forms, or our email or text message channels
  • submit information that is false, or that you do not have the right to share
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site or its Content.

4. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Text messages are also subject to our Text Message Terms.

5. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or use websites, tools, and services operated by others, such as scheduling tools, payer and government websites, and forms providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS CURRENT OR COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHCARE REVENUE GROUP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, REIMBURSEMENT, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This section does not limit liability under a signed written agreement between you and Healthcare Revenue Group, which is governed by that agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healthcare Revenue Group and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Content, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit to us.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, the Content, or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the Site, the Content, or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Text Message Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site, and they do not change any signed written agreement with a client.
